Food allergies & intollerances

I was recently diagnosed with several food allergies and tons of intolerances.

I had 3 different tests ran to confirm these and the list is extensive!! Guess this explains my headaches, joint pain and mood swings!

My list of allergens are molds, beans, chicken eggs, gluten, and pineapples. I go for further testing in a month 🙄

My intolerances include cauliflower, corn olives, salmon, wheat, blackberries, spelt, almonds, beef, chicken, turkey, pork, black tea, peanuts, pecans, mushrooms, casein, candida and several preservatives.

My next step... eliminate my true allergens and heal my gut with fulvic acid.

I have researched the benefits of fulvic acid and food intolerances/allergies and I am very excited to supplement and then retest for improvements!

🌿🌱💐🌺🌜🌸🌻🍉🌽🧅🧄🍍🥝ALLERGIES🍞🥯🥐🍝🍕🍔🧇🍳🥚🦐🍤🥜🥛🥖 🪴Food sensitivities and allergies can be caused indirectly by compromised gut permeability, i.e. leaky gut syndrome. 🪴Elimination diets can help, but will not treat the underlying cause. 🪴Fulvic acid can address food sensitivities by repairing and nourishing the gut, and reducing inflammation, breaking the vicious cycle. Early research shows that taking fulvic acid by mouth for 7 days might help reduce allergic reactions in people with allergies to pollen. Scientific study has demonstrated that fulvic acid derived from Canadian deposits have shown to possess potent anti-allergy properties. This is good news for the millions of allergy sufferers around the world. This finding represents a new and drug-free form of allergy treatment derived from nature. You have probably heard of anti-histamines which are pharmaceuticals commonly found at your local drug store to tame allergies. 🌿But what are histamines? These are chemicals your immune system makes in reaction to allergic triggers such as pollen, dust, certain foods, and many others. Some of the allergic responses may be individual in nature and specific to only some people. Over production of histamines leads to bothersome side effects such as itching, hives, rashes, sneezing, tearing, etc. Histamines can also cause unhealthy systemic inflammation that can leave you looking and feeling bloated and puffy. If you have allergies then you know exactly what we are talking about here. The study indicates a positive histamine response in the body once the Canadian derived fulvic acid was administered after being exposed to histamine producing elements. This leads scientists to conclude that fulvic acid may be an effective from of allergy relief and a natural alternative to drugs and may be useful for the treatment or prevention of allergic diseases. For many people, the simple joy of eating has long been marred with mysterious and unpleasant symptoms – after every meal they may feel vaguely ill, or have brain fog, bloating, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea, or stomach pain. Looking further into the matter, they’re convinced they have developed a food allergy or intolerance, and embark on complicated elimination diets that assume that things like wheat, dairy or preservatives are the culprits. However, the issue never seems to resolve simply, and people with food sensitivities can find themselves adding more and more enemy foods to the list, unable to accurately pinpoint what is causing them so much misery. Sometimes, the onset of symptoms seems to vary from minutes to hours after eating a suspect food, and the amount that needs to be eaten to trigger symptoms can change with time. ⁉️Why? Many people only find relief from chronic food sensitivities once they fundamentally shift their perspective on what’s happening inside their bodies: that they are not allergic to a particular food, rather their digestive systems have become overly sensitized and reactive in general, with certain foods are triggering an inflammatory or allergic response. 🌿A leaky gut can sensitize the body The overall health of the gut rests on its selective permeability, or its ability to allow in beneficial nutrients, while blocking out toxins, harmful bacteria, and waste products. However, certain things can break down this important barrier. Conditions like Coeliac disease can lead to the tiny microvilli of the intestinal lining becoming damaged, or bacterial overgrowth in the small intestines can release harmful toxins that destroy the intestinal lining. When the gut cells are damaged (or rather, the tight gaps between the cells are compromised), the gut lining cannot function as normal. Harmful particles penetrate the barrier and enter the bloodstream. The immune systems detects these foreign bodies and responds with inflammation and pain. An allergic reaction can be triggered as the body tries to deal with the “invasion”, usually by overreacting to previously unproblematic foods. Leaky gut is thus both a cause and an effect, setting up a vicious cycle where sensitivity and inflammation predisposes to more sensitivity and inflammation. What can be confusing is how ordinarily healthy foods can trigger severe symptoms, and combined with already impaired nutrient absorption, you may find yourself failing to absorb the nutrition your body needs, as harmful bacteria gain a foothold and the problem spirals out of control. 🌿Dealing with food sensitivities – it starts with healing the gut Unfortunately, food sensitivities and allergies can take time to overcome, because no two people share the same trigger foods or the same symptoms. A potentially aggravating substance like gluten could cause brain fog in one person and diarrhea in another, but on the other hand, a dozen people with brain fog may all have completely different trigger foods causing the problem, none of which may be gluten. The best way to approach food sensitivities is to get to the root of the problem: the integrity of the gut lining. When the permeability of the gut is restored, optimal bacterial balance can be regained, and nutrient absorption is improved. When the inflammation from a leaky gut is addressed, the body’s allergic response is dampened and you may find yourself able to tolerate more and more foods without triggering symptoms. Fulvic acid can nourish and support the health, structure and function of the intestinal cells, as well as encourage the growth of a healthy microbiome. The effects of this alone are substantial – better immunity, better mood and stress response (many of neurotransmitters like serotonin are synthesized in the gut, the “second brain” after all) and hormone balance. Some evidence has found that fulvic acid supplementation can soothe inflammation in the digestive tract, for example that associated with inflammatory bowel disease or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Fulvic acid provides not only raw nutrients that feed the gut cells, improving their absorption, it also supplies beneficial microorganisms that combat harmful bacterial overgrowth, while downregulating inflammation.
