Day 9 of 10

Woke up kinda pissed off at myself. I've been so diligent on the plan and I didn't want my choices from last night to ruin my progress.

I cautiously got on the scale, yup it was a setback ... I felt swollen, I was retaining water from the excess carbohydrates and dressing.


Energy: still amazing! Tons of energy. I cleaned my house for almost 7 hours and worked out. Typically you don't want to do a strenuous workout while doing the reboot but seeing that I over indulged last night I need to burn off some extra energy.


Mood: incredible, I don't think me and my kids had one argument today! Now that's amazing!


7am Amino's

9am Power Shake, Biome Medic, Super CleansR (snacked on Enlightened BADA bean cinnamon crisps after cheating last night my cravings were back 🙄)

11am Amino's

1pm Power Shake, Biome Medic, Super CleansR

3pm 3 servings of Roasted cauliflower & broccoli with 4 ounces of chicken breast (I added in the chicken breast because I wasn't feeling full and I had lifted weight, went on a walk and done yoga)

5pm wasn't feeling hungry so I skipped the Power Shake


Not the best but it's okay on to the next day..
