Day 3 of 40 on my Transformation

Weight- Down 1 pound

Mood- about the same

Energy- about the same until about 5pm.. fatigue is hitting 😴

Workout -low intense yoga

I have a rash that covers my torso, legs and arms .. detoxing rash

Morning:

7am Amino's

9am PowerShake, Biome Medic & Super CleansR

11am Amino's

12:00 watermellon & blueberries ( I fudged a little on the portion, I ate about 2 cups instead of one )

1pm Power Shake, Biome Medic & Super CleansR

2pm Amino's

3pm -a little more watermellon (extra flex food, that's okay 👍 better than a cheat food)

4pm still felling hungry, so I drank a warm cup of apple-berry fiber

5pm Power Shake (I am tired 💤💤💤)

(I made pulled pork for the family tonight and it looked delish! But self control won!! 😊)

8pm Apothe Cherry

The odd vivid dreams started tonight.. not nightmares but just off the wall wierd.

Slept good, about 8 hours.
