Day 10 or 10 moving on to the remaining 30

Morning weight 3 pounds higher than day7 🙄 that's okay the cheat meal I ate was worth it and I'm not beating myself up. However, I am working out. Lifted for about 20-30 min and 10 min of yoga.


Mood. Incredible.

Bloating. minor.

Aches and pains. Still gone.

Brain fog. Still gone.

Lunch with my girls at Subway. I chose a chopped salad with spinach, olives, peppers and chicken breast(since I worked out I added meat)

5pm Power Shake

6pm needed something sweet so I chose an RX bar, it's one of the cleaner snack/protein bars

8pm Apothe-Cherry


Final weighin will be coming ... I didn't start the cleanse with a weightloss goal, I started it for a cellular, nutritional reset and cleanse. Which I will be doing ever 3 months (as the seasons change, last one was in May)


It's good to cleanse on a cellular level, it helps reset your body, mind and soul.
