Day 1 and 2 of my 40 Day Transformation 

Day one and two of the challenge has been a breeze, other than the fact that I cut out the snacks I was used to.

Day one schedule looked like this:

7am Amino's

9am Power Shake, Biome Medic & Super CleansR

Lunch: cucumber chips with avocado, real salt and seasoning

11am Amino's

1:00 Power Shake, Biome Medic, and Super CleansR

3:00 Super Amino's

5:00 Power Shake, Roasted cauliflower and brocolli with sauteed zucchini

8:00 Apothe Cherry

Day 2

7:00 am Amino's

9:00am Power Shake, Biome Medic, Super CleansR

11:00 am Amino's

12:00 Avocado seasoned and smashed with cucumber chips

1:00 Power Shake, Biome Medic, and Super CleansR

3:00 Super Amino's

4:00 Handfull of berries, romain lettuce (yes, just lettuce and yes I enjoyed it 🤣)

5:00 Power Shake
